PIRATES OF THE GALAXSEAS REMCO

Pirates of the Galaxseas was yet another one of Remco's 5 1/2" figure lines that were meant to play with their Lost World of the Warlord, Warrior Beasts, Conan, Sarge Team and The Bad Guys. There were only six figures produced in the line and each were packaged with either a gold or silver "Pirate Treasure" coin which depicted one of the six characters. The coins were mixed and matched and weren't necessarily packaged with the proper figure. Weapons for the line came in either black or silver. Figures with silver weapons had silver coins while ones with black weapons came with gold coins. It is rumored that two unproduced playsets were in the Remco Toyfair catalog, though pictures have yet to surface.
